3. How the Chrome Extension Works

The AI Form Filler Chrome Extension:

Reads form fields only on the currently active tab when you click "Auto-Fill"
Sends field labels (not values) to OpenAI's API via our proxy server to identify which customer data goes where
Fills fields locally in your browser — no form data is stored on our servers
Detects document upload fields to show you resize requirements
Does not run in the background or track your browsing

📋 Form field data (what gets filled into forms) is processed locally in your browser. Only the field labels/names are sent to AI for mapping — never the actual personal values.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Google Firebase — encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL)
Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth — we never see or store your password
Customer data is tied to your account and only accessible by you
Firebase security rules ensure no other user can access your data

6. Data Retention

Account data: Kept until you delete your account
Customer data: Kept until you delete it or close your account
Transaction records: Kept for 3 years for billing purposes
Auth tokens: Cleared when you log out

7. Your Rights

✅ Access: Request a copy of your data anytime
✅ Correction: Update your name, email from dashboard
✅ Deletion: Email us to permanently delete your account and all data
✅ Export: Request your customer data in JSON format
✅ Opt-out: Uninstall extension anytime — no background tracking
