✓ Your personal details never leave your phone
The short version
FormFiller helps you fill Indian government exam forms and resize photos and signatures to the sizes those forms demand. Everything you enter — your name, address, ID numbers, education and bank details — is stored encrypted on your own phone. We operate no servers for your data, we cannot read what you save, and we do not sell or share it with anyone.

What we collect
Nothing. FormFiller has no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting and no user accounts. We do not collect your name, email, device identifiers, location or usage statistics. There is no server that receives your data because the app has no backend.
Why the app asks for internet access
- Opening government portals. The "Fill a form" screen shows the official exam website inside the app so your saved details can be typed into it. That connection is between your phone and the government portal — the same as using a browser. We do not see or record it.
- Google Play billing. If you subscribe to FormFiller Pro, Google Play handles the payment. We never receive or store your card or UPI details.
Other permissions
- Camera and photos — only when you choose to take or pick a photo to resize. Images are processed on the device.
- Biometric unlock — optional, so you can unlock with a fingerprint instead of typing your PIN. Your fingerprint stays with Android; the app only receives a yes/no answer.
- Notifications — to tell you a compressed file has been saved.
Payments and subscriptions
FormFiller Pro is an optional subscription sold through Google Play. Billing, renewals, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google under its own terms — manage or cancel any time in the Google Play Store. Google's handling of your payment information is covered by Google's privacy policy.
Children
FormFiller is meant for people applying to government exams and jobs, and is not directed at children under 13.
Your control over your data
- See and edit anything you saved, any time, in the app.
- Delete everything with Settings → Delete all my data. This erases the vault, your documents and your PIN from the device permanently.
- Uninstalling the app also removes its data from your phone.
- Because we hold no copy of your data, deletion on your device is complete deletion — there is nothing for us to erase on our side, and no way for us to recover it for you.
Security
The vault database is encrypted with SQLCipher, and the encryption key and PIN hash are held in Android's hardware-backed secure storage. The app can hide its own screens from screenshots and the recent-apps preview (on by default), and locks itself after two minutes in the background. Ten wrong PIN attempts wipe the vault. No system is perfect, but nothing is transmitted to us, so there is no central database of users to breach.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and material changes will be noted in the app's Play Store listing.
